Prestigious fashion brand Philipp Plein International Group will support Crypto as a means of payment.
Customers will be able to purchase style accessories from the German fashion house using 15 different cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin and Ethereum.
Philipp Plein clarified on Instagram that will be accepted on its online platform, plein.com and also at physical stores.
CEO of the luxury fashion company Philipp Plein says he is a fan of virtual assets, adding that he hodls cryptocurrencies.
“I am a crypto investor, and I believe in the future of crypto – this is why I decided to offer this payment method in my stores and online…together, we are making HISTORY.” Philipp Plein said.
He claims that supporting Crypto as a means of payment will help the company achieve its aim of earning €100 million this year.
“I believe that cryptocurrencies are the future and my team and I have made a major commitment in time and resources, performing all necessary system modifications in order to adopt this new type of currency. I am very pleased to be able to offer to our customers this additional payment tool and the flexibility associated with it.”
Phillip Plein is not the only luxury fashion company exploring the crypto space. As Newsbsc reported some week ago, renowned Italian fashion brand Dolce and Gabanna will launch its own NFT line later this month.
