Katy Perry partners with Theta Network, set to launch NFTs at ‘Play’ residency

Popular American Musician and Songwriter Katy Perry is collaborating with Theta Network to launch her first NFTs later this year.

The 36-year-old said she’s “excited and curious” about the development when announcing the news.

Katty Perry will purchase a small interest in Theta Network and its newest establishment  Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

“I’m both excited and curious to be launching my first ever NFTs later this year with Theta Network,” Perry said.

“This is a new, unique opportunity to connect with my fans around the world even if they aren’t with me in Las Vegas. I can’t wait to dive in with the Theta team on all the exciting and memorable creative pieces, so my fans can own a special moment of my residency that’s both a digital collectible as well as an IRL experience,” adds Katty Perry.

The launch will feature excerpts from the ‘Play’ residency she is scheduled to host at the newly built Resorts World Las Vegas hotel later this year.
