BTC will be legalized in 2 more countries in 2022, according to the President of El Salvador. The president has also made another 5 predictions about Bitcoin on January 1, 2022.

El Salvador, the first country to provide legal tender to the flagship currency. President of the country, Nayib Bukele, is pro-BTC and helped a lot to pass this law. Despite a lot of criticism and warning from residents of the country and many institutions, he stood by his decision. Whenever BTC goes down, El Salvador avails the opportunity and buys more coins. President has tweeted 6 predictions about the BTC.

BTC will be legalized in 2 more countries in 2022:

On January 1, 2022, Nayib Bukele shared a tweet predicting the future outlook of Bitcoin. One prediction is specifically about Bitcoin’s adoption. He predicted that BTC will be legalized in 2 more countries by the end of 2022. The president further added that BTC will reach a price of $100k mark. The country has bought 1391 BTC since the acceptance of Bitcoin as national currency along with the US dollar.

Nayib Bukele is not the only one who thinks that BTC will be legalized by more counties in 2022. The CEO of Bitmex said in October 2021 that we will have at least 5 countries that will adopt the BTC as their national currency.  Furthermore, the Salvadoran president expects Bitcoin City to commence construction this year. He announced his plan to build the world’s first bitcoin city powered by a volcano and financed by bitcoin bonds in November.
